Tenía una lamina de hojaldre en el frigo que se iba a caducar, no sabia que hacer y encontré una idea muy chula en Wholekitchen, unas galletitas para merendar untadas con nutella.
En esta ocasión no tenia hechas galletas pero había hojaldre y tenía nata de sobra. Chocolate siempre hay, nunca falta en mi casa jejejeje, y prefiero prepararme la crema, me gusta bastante mas. Como veis, fáciles de preparar y riquísimas, si pruebas una no pararas de comer.....
Hojaldre ( una lamina )
1 huevo
Chocolate negro (90 gr.)
Nata para montar (200 ml)
Azúcar glass (25 gr.)
Extendemos el hojaldre y hacemos unas galletas con un cortapastas. Las horneamos a 180 º durante unos 15 minutos (no perder de vista el horno nunca) vigilar el tiempo, no todos los hornos son iguales.
Calentamos la nata y agregamos el chocolate cortado en trocitos. Apagamos el fuego y con la temperatura que tiene la nata se deshace sin problemas. Incorporamos el azúcar y lo dejamos atemperar para introducirlo en la nevera que se enfríe. Un par de horas nada mas. Si no ha quedado espeso batirlo un poco y la crema será perfecta. Podéis hacer la presentación como veis en la foto, para ir untando según vamos comiendo o todas las galletas ya untadas.
